YOUR PRESCRIPTIVE PLAN

STRATEGISE

Day 1 : Enquire through our website or by phone and we will book you in for a strategy session within 24 to 48  hours to start to come up with a strategy that will get you results. 

ASSESS

Day 2-4 : You will get a program within 24 to 48 hours of our strategy session which will assess your strengths and weaknesses. We look at how you move, your technique and performance getting a detailed insight about your capabilities to personalise your program.

REVIEW

Day 4-6 :This part is one of the most important and is usually completely overlooked by personal trainers and coaches. From the data we collect we develop a short term and long term strategy that can go for up to 12 months in some cases. This allows us to look at the bigger picture and has been the key to the success of our athletes. 

PRESCRIBE

Day 5-7 : After we have developed your strategy and long term plan, your coach will develop a prescriptive strength training program personalised to you and delivered through our app. All you need to do is complete it. 

REASSESS

Every 1-4 weeks : We constantly reassess your performance, body composition and technique to revise your program, diet and injury prevention plan to keep it on the path of  maximal progression getting you quick results. 

MANAGE

Constantly : We take a holistic approach to our coaching. Changes in your life will continue but we manage, strategise, solve problems and learn to overcome obstacles. We will help manage recovery, stress, mindset, health and wellbeing to make everlasting results

If you are outside of Brisbane, we provide online coaching with delivering the highest standard mobile application and video coaching technology. With a completely customised training program, injury prevention, stress & recovery management, and constant contact with a real coach, you will hit your transformation goals and perform to the best of your ability,

Hybrid

We provide our Brisbane-Based face-to-face coaching from the well known powerlifting gym ZeroW Southside. Hybrid coaching is the combination our advanced online training system but enhanced with our face-to-face contact with the highly experienced strength coach Gus Cooke. With the addition of having an expert eye and instant feedback you will make progress like no other.
