YOUR PRESCRIPTIVE PLAN

STRATEGISE

Day 1 : Enquire through our website or by phone and we will book you in for a strategy session within 24 to 48  hours to start to work out how we can get you results.

ASSESS

Day 2-3 : We will then book you in for a body composition, movement, technique and strength assessment to get a detailed insight about your body’s capabilities to personalise your program.

REVIEW

Day 3-5 : This is the most important component because this makes it truly scientific. We have a peer review process to look over all your data we have collected and come up with a strategy and long term plan. 

PRESCRIBE

Day 4-7 : After the review, your coach will develop a prescriptive Exercise and Nutrition plan, and Injury and recovery management.

REASSESS

Every 1-4 weeks : We constantly reassess changes in your life to continue to strategise, solve problems to overcome obstacles. We continue to assess technique, revise your plan, adjust your program & diet and review your injury & recovery management.
