You can book in a session with a strength coach to go over your lifting technique and/or assessment for injury. We will develop corrective interventions for your lifting and injury management. We don't to get you in for weekly session like a personal trainer but we give you the tools to make long term progression

A complete movement assessment to break down every aspect of lifting. We will break down every joint and movement to create a complete picture for a long term strategy for continuous performance progress and injury resilience. This appointment can go up to 2 hours.
