How we provide
strength coaching online

Our online strength coaching is designed to provide you the best in strength coaching, all over the internet. When you sign up you will be paired with an experienced strength coach who will provide weekly programming based off your weekly feedback, we do this through your training log, video analysis, biofeedback and just general chit-chat so that every session is optimised for you. This training program will be accessible by you from our mobile app, allowing you to follow your training at any time. If, throughout the program, you have any questions you will be able to ask your strength coach at any time.

Our online strength coaching isn’t just about lifting the heaviest weights possible. Our philosophy is to help people reach their own maximum potential by teaching correct lifting techniques and methods to increase strength whilst minimising injury. Through excellent, rigorous strength coaching you will reach your potential faster, blowing away any previous limits you’ve set for yourself.

We also teach injury prevention methods. These are designed to reduce or eliminate the chances of injury, helping you maintain your peak for longer.
