Competition training for Strongman

For those who are serious about Strongman and want to take their passion to the next level, we provide competition coaching to train you up to compete. Perform feats of strength across a range of events around Australia and the world. Enjoy a close-knit, competitive team, built around support, fun, and reaching goals. 

We also host a range of strongman competitions for different weight classes and difficulty levels. Each competition is held in our state-of-the-art Fortitude Valley facility.  


Try Something New At Our Strongman workshops

Come give strongman a go at one of our regular workshops. You will learn from our experienced strongman coaches how to perform a range of feats of strength including, lifting stones, lifting logs and lifting the yoke. Each workshop is a relaxed, fun environment where you will learn the techniques required before you try each feat. In fact, once you are taught the techniques, we are confident that you will be able to perform these feats of strength that day.
